Part time to full time restaurant supervisor position (Oshkosh in Appleton, ME

We are looking for someone to fill a long-term supervisory position at a small owner operated unique restaurant in Oshkosh.This would be for anywhere from twenty - 35 hours per week for the hours between 10am and 10pm Sunday through Saturday with flexibility on our part on both hours and days.Duties would include everything from dishwashing, table cleaning, food prep, cashier, and supervising other employees to ensure high-quality food products and customer service when the owner is not present.You must be very hard working, take a large amount of pride in what you do and be able to be completely focused on your job when you are there. You must be able to multi task, be fast efficient.We want someone who will be dedicated to us and our business so this would have to be your only job. We want someone who is looking for longterm employment. We will completely train you.You must have a fully operational vehicle and a drivers license, a clean criminal record and live in or near the city of Oshkosh.You must have a fun personality as we want all of our employees to enjoy what they do as we enjoy what we do.Pay will start out at 8.00 an hour but we believe in paying people what they are worth so we would hope to increase your pay as rapidly as possible, depending on how quickly you pick everything up.
